“Customer friendly and service driven”

We purchased a 10m x 4m pool from Bermuda 2 years ago. The pool and equipment have been faultless and done everything they said it would. We run our pool at 28c and find the insulated shell, cover and heat pump very efficient to run. The system is so simple and manages itself with keeping the pool sparkling.

I can’t say enough about how customer friendly and service driven they are. Craig was always available for any of our questions, delivered the pool earlier than expectations, and when I call him even today (for his advice on something I’ve forgotten!) he is so willing to help out and provide genuine, honest advice that is not being given for extra sales or commercial reasons – but because Craig knows everything there is to know about pools and wants to ensure our experience is good.

Thanks to everyone at Bermuda for a great installation and ongoing service. We are now 2 years in and really appreciating the benefits of having a warm Salt water pool.
